What You Will Be Doing

Provide support to C Level leaders and their direct staff (VIPs) at the corporate and global offices ensuring ownership that results in successful and timely resolution of all VIP support requests and incidents

Establish a working professional relationship with the VIP and VIP support staff as their IT point of contact to Proactively manage the needs and requirements

The availability to travel in support of local and off-site events

Maintain the highest level of adaptability by being attentive, enthusiastic, resourceful, and showing a sense of urgency and professionalism

Provide technical assistance to resolve employees issues locally and remote

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows, and Linux.

Ensure Incidents & Requests are handled within our SLAs to empower users with timely and accurate solutions

Utilize ticketing tracking system to document all support cases

Work with documentation teams to create documentation of processes and procedures

Support for telecommunications technologies including Fuze and Zoom.

Perform user account management and application assignment.

Perform hardware repairs & process warranty RMA’s on systems as needed.

Provide systems and network support as needed.

Remove malware and other security threats.

Remediation of systems not compliant with IT standards and practices.

Available for scheduled weekend, holiday on-call and off-hours support.

What You Bring To The Team

The ideal IT Support Specialist has the following qualifications and experience in some or all of the following areas:

Customer focused personality and a Positive Can Do attitude

Ability to work independently and deliver upon expectations

Adept at assessing a situation for severity, urgency and responding appropriately

3 years working in a complex multi-organizational corporate environment

5 years’ experience in Desktop support

5 years of working face to face with executive leaders and their support organizations

Experience with continuous Improvement to review and revise processes and procedures with new information and shifts in the technical environment

Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience

Understanding of ITIL or ITSM concepts, certification is a plus

Experience working with common cloud-based enterprise systems (e.g., GSuite, Okta, Slack, Smartsheet, Adobe, WS1, Jamf)

Understanding of IT ticketing systems - ServiceNow is a plus

Mobile device management support experience of iOS/Android, WS1 & Jamf is a plus

End user based Mobile OS support experience (iOS and Android)

Okta, Bettercloud and Active Directory administration experience

Base level understanding of networking principles; VPN, LAN, WAN, wireless.

Bash and Powershells experience is a plus

Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.

Physical requirements of the role

The person must be able to lift up to 50 pounds overhead.

Perform tasks that involve climbing ladders, walking between campuses and carrying an equipment bag that will contain mechanical tools and replacement gear for different sites.
