An amazing opportunity with in a well respected and well known Company in Melville (Long Island NY) for someone who has Service Desk process or service desk analysis experience.
This person will be working within remedy to analysis escalated and misrouted tickets. Our client is looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with the end users from interns to VPs as well as speaking with the help desk to analysis where the problem went wrong when calling into the help desk. The ultimate goal is to improve the overall experience for the end users when calling into the help desk.
5-7 years experience at a helpdesk position with Service Desk Process, Service Desk Analysis, Process Knowledge or Incident Management.
Someone who has an eye on how to improve processes and helpdesk scripts.
Must be able to take owner ship and accountability over any project that is given to them.
Understanding of ticking software – Preferably previous experience with Remedy
Excellent written and oral communication skills a must.
