Work you’ll do
Works under the direction of the Technical Support Manager. Responsible for providing user and technical support to our end users on a number of eDiscovery, Processing, and Forensics applications. Facilitate communication about application maintenance schedules and outages. Work with engagement to maintain client documentation and access. Perform preliminary troubleshooting for technical issues. Work to update/upgrade applications and provide post upgrade/patching testing to validate success. Verify documentation and qualifications to manage the permissions and access of end users. Adherence to a queue and coverage schedule, with fast response times during coverage hours. This position will require after hours and weekend work at regular intervals. Coverage and testing for weekend and post patching events.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or another Business-related field.
2 years of relevant Forensic, Investigative, or Discovery industry experience.
