MS Exchange, IE, PeopleSoft, multitude of complex proprietary, Web based applications.

Desktop Call Tracking:
Tivoli Service Desk and Remedy.

Size of Group:
13 Responsible for day to day first level support: Day to day logging, tracking and resolving customer reported problems or concerns for Allegis Group operating companies. Must be able to handle, diagnose and resolve end user calls in a single point of contact Help Desk Environment. Provides 100% telephone support in the area of PC Operations related to Windows XP, Outlook 2000/XP, Office 98/XP. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service in a high call volume environment. Most of the calls related are XP in nature or related to Allegis Proprietary Applications.

They will also be responsible for logging, tracking and resolving of customer reported problems or concerns for Allegis Group. Specific responsibilities include: Acting as the customer advocate for problem resolution Advanced user and intermediate trouble-shooting skills. Able to handle, diagnose XP related issues and resolve end user calls in a single point of contact Help Desk environment, and provide assistance to other members of the team. Technical

competence on multiple user platforms. Provide backup and support to other members of the team Monitor and track open calls within a call tracking system.

The consolidated service desk receives over 25,000 calls and 5,000 emails a month. This is the single pont of contact for all of Allegis Group Companies World Wide.

This is a high call volume environment with a lot of structure and process coupled with strong customer service skills and technical skills.

This is a long term contract with an opportunity to go perm.
