Frandsen Financial Corporation is looking to add a Technical Support Specialist to our team in Arden Hills, MN. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits. Must have a two-year degree or equivalent and experience supporting end users, preferably in the banking environment.

Selected candidate will have the ability to work independently, positively handle conflict, and work in a fast paced, multi location environment. Experience with and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10), Microsoft Office Suite, Anti-virus software, Active directory, Adobe Acrobat, Imaging software, Printer Communication and Networking protocols (TCP/IP) is high preferred.
